At this time a deposit for 50% of the project cost is due. Typical lead times on a project are 1-2 weeks. The deposit assures your spot on my schedule. I only work with one client at a time to ensure that you have my full attention.”]

Over the next few days, I will be modeling the geometry and setting up views based on our prior conversations. Within a few days you will receive low resolution images showing the camera angles and overall layout of the shots. It’s at this time we will begin to see your vision take shape. “]

Interaction & Dialog

During this stage we will be in contact regularly with me sending images showing progress, lighting, and materials. Communication is key in any project, but at this stage, it is critical to make sure we are on the same page in terms of your vision. Questions will arise that may take us in a new direction and most clients value this step as a proofreading of the design.”]

Or maybe the brick isn’t quite red enough?……¬†Perhaps that 6 inch wall-covering swatch, the one that looked so perfect laid out on the conference room table, is a bit much when applied to a 20 foot feature wall in the lobby. ¬†Whatever the case, this stage of the project allows you to revise and approve unedited low resolution images in preparation for the final high resolution render.

All done!

At this point, I’m sending you a high resolution electronic image via Dropbox or FTP and you are an expert in the 3D Rendering process. Upon receiving the deliverable the final 50% payment is due and I’m looking forward to working with you again. Cheers!”]
